The guys at Kwik-Fit are top notch. The manager who was retiring the next day was very attentive, not just to me but all the other customers. Nothing was too much trouble he was happy to help both walk-in and phone customers. The other staff were of the same ilk, so was obvious that they have been well trained and good customer care is at the forefront. I work in a customer service industry so I know what good looks like. Popped in to get brakes checked. Great service, had parts in stock. Fitted quickly and pointed out a few other things which needed attention. Good team of Stu,Mark and Billy. This was second visit within 12 months found them as helpful this time as the last.
