Both my children have attended La Maternelle, the eldest being one of the first babies in the sunshine room 7 years ago. I have always been delighted with the setting, provision of outdoor activities, warm friendly atmosphere, communication and most of all the exceptional level of care given by the staff to the children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend La Maternelle to anyone and am sad to not have any children left to send there!
I have two children which attend La Maternelle (my eldest since 2010) and can not fault the wonderful care they provide. The staff have always been extremely welcoming, attentive, approachable and supportive to both me and my husband as parents and to my children, ensuring they always feel safe, happy and secure during their time there.The setting is fantastic providing lots of fun activities both inside and out and I always enjoy hearing about what they have been doing during the day. The online Tapestry is also a great idea providing parents access to lots of pictures and observations of their children participating in fun and educational play. I have watched both my daughters confidence grow during their time at La Maternelle and can not recommend then enough as a day nursery, after school club and holiday club!
From our very first visit to la Maternelle we got the right feeling about the nursery...the staff, setting and management team put us at ease about leaving our baby in their care and we didn't look back from the baby room right up to the star room, we knew that our son was well cared for and happy. The extras such as the online tapestry, learning journal and daily information sheets meant that we as parents were reassured and happy too that we weren't missing out on all the magic moments. We're now looking forward to sending our 3rd child to la Maternelle without hesitation.
My twins have attended La Maternelle since they were 6 months old and I could not speak highly enough of all the staff and management team. They are professional, caring and take a genuine interest in the individual needs of both of my children. My children have a great relationship with their key worker and other staff members and often talk about them at home.The facilities are excellent and the activities are always varied and tailored to suit each child.I would highly recommend to anyone.
La Maternelle is a lovely and very special nursery where I always feel my children are safe and well cared for. Parents are made to feel very welcome by all the amazing and supportive staff and are always kept informed about what the children have been doing throughout the day. I am always very impressed with the high level of care given from all staff across the nursery. My children love it here and always have lots of fun whilst they learn. An outstanding nursery that is highly recommended.
